We do not accept returns because our cakes are food products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, contact spicecakes@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue and assist you.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please see our Cancellation Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
