Cancellation window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Email spicecakes@gmail.com within the 24-hour window with the subject “Cancellation of Order #[your order number]”. Include your order number and contact details.

Refunds

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
