I ordered three cakes for Christmas but due to many reasons it wasn’t delivered. Spice Bakes went above and beyond to make the delivery happen but the delivery company was not proactive. Spice Bakes provided detailed communication and their customer service was exceptional. They refunded my money and to my surprise they send one of their best cakes free of charge. Although I couldn’t taste the cake my family really loved it. I came to know spice cakes through a FB and I had the best service experience. I would highly recommend Spice Cakes.
